I work in Apartment Management. Dealing with pest issues is not fun, especially when it is a constant problem in this area. After changing our Pest Control Vendor to Eagle Shield, and working with Gabriel Lua and Derek Schaub the Pest Control side of the job has been very well managed and has taken a load off my shoulders. Gabriel is always willing and available to assist with anything we may need. Derek, our regular tech that comes out twice a month does such an amazing job. We are grateful to have such a respectful, honest company with GREAT customer services skills to work with us and help keep our complex clean and free from the pesty little critters that cause big problems. He took the time to educate us, share helpful insights, and even had some light conversation that made the visit feel comfortable and personal. I have used Eagleshield Pest Control company for over 2 years for my child care center located in Central Fresno. I love that we have had the same tech, Richie, come to my business since we started service. His prompt attention when I text or call him is one of the main reasons I have stayed with the company this long. Richie always has a plan of action when we present him with a challenge. We had a wasp nest inside the fence. I called him and he came the same day to solve the problem. We have been in business for almost 20 years and have gone through a lot of pest control companies. Quite the most generous and considerate young man this one here is. Joe has made but only a couple excursions these past couple of months and has left this man nothing but satisfied. Using marvels of civil engineering and his own tenacity, he eradicated the rodents plauging my domicilie. He explained to me the intricacies behind oxygen displacement with the most intriguing contraption he would role around to deal with those devious, invasive, rapscallious gophers. Honestly, I couldnt make any sense of the matter but Joe was quick to the punch so why complain? Eagle Shield is a company that stands high on great customer service and integrity! You can always count on them to get the job done and with punctuality. The wide range of availability throughout the valley is a huge plus! As this company grows it continues to stand out in the Pest Control Community. They always use the right pesticides for the job; they will never short change you! Other pest control companies have been know to use “the cheap stuff” or use the wrong ratios in their pesticides but Eagle Shield has proven to be the best in Knowledge, Professionalism, and Work Ethic. I had a great experience with Eagle Shield Pest Control. The representative, Cris, was very genuine and professional. He took the time to clearly explain the entire process before starting and made sure everything was done thoroughly, both indoors and outdoors. The service was right on time, and the quality of work really stood out. Enrique is very punctual and professional about his services. He showed up on time for my initial appointment and follow up spray appointment. On the date of the initial spray, my roommate was home to let him in a spray my master bedroom. As he was leaving, I was arriving home from class and he didn’t try to get out of the house right away because “his job was done”. He made sure I knew about the spray and even after I moved some items around in the bedroom, he sprayed the areas that were covered. Updated review: Jordan, German & Gio came back out at a later date to do other work needed, for rodent control, after Jeff extracted the possum. I was completely happy with the work done. They replaced insulation and membrane under our mobile home that obviously had been an issue for rodents entering. Jordan explained what would be done. I especially like how the employees are cared for, by providing safety suits, masks, etc. while working. The space under the mobile home is tight, but they managed the repairs none the less. German came back out with Jordan a second day to complete the job. Thanks guys, you're the best!! Jeff from Eagle Shield came out to diagnose a foul smell in a bathroom. The response time was very fast. Jeff was thorough in his inspection. He was able to find and extract a dead possum from under our home. What a relief that the smell will now be gone! Can never say the job wasn’t done the absolute best, before I know it Gus is out the door. Gets his job done & doesn’t bother or get in the way if & when we are home. I truly appreciate him & his knowledge of the chems that may or may not be harmful to myself, my family & my animals. I absolutely love this company and their crew! They take care of our pest control every month. In September they came out and did a termite inspection. Jesse gave me a price. At the time I couldn't afford it. No, pressure he said, So when i was ready Jesse came back out and treated for termites. He did a great job and walked me through the whole process and explained everything he was doing. He definitely went above and beyond. If you need a pest control company look no further. Eagleshield is an amazing company! I primarily deal with Brad Kendrick and he is always very polite, professional and personable, which is something you don't get often. He always responds very quickly to anything I need his help with. I would recommend anyone who is having any pest issues to give them a call. Richie and the rest of the team were awesome. Polite, prompt service, and great follow up. We had an issue with bees and had a hard time finding anyone who could handle the problem. We had 4 different companies come out before them, and EagleShield was the only team that was able to treat the bee issue and seal the areas in the roof that needed to be addressed. Kevin at Eagleshield Pest Control is extremely professional and very friendly! Plus...he does a great job. I do property management and he services several of my apartment building in the Antelope Valley. He just got done doing a 3 round roach treatment at one of my apartment buildings and I asked the tenants how the roach treament was going. After water pipe damage due to rodent problem I called Eagle Shields to do a perimeter inspection so I can fix entryways. i already have a different pest control company setting bait stations and spraying every other month, and still I’m out thousands of dollars for damages I thought was being taken care of. I really liked how thorough Robert was from Eagle Shields, he sent the report with pictures detailing what he recommended and why. I would definitely use Eagle Shields again.. ~ Donna G

Eagle Shield we have had for many years our technician Traeven takes care of 2 of our houses , he is professional and most of all customer service oriented, he is great about notifying the day before to ask us if ok to spray the next day. We have had a few situation with bug issues, he is great about explaining on how he is going treat the problem and if we have continued problems to call him and he will come back to retreat. Jonathan is our technician here at Banana Republic and he is AWESOME!! He came into our location when we had a pretty significant pest issue and within a month, we saw a significant improvement. Josh was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I made my appointment the same day and wasn't fully prepared for the indoor treatment or the need to remove my pets from the house for 4 hours. Awesome company!! We had a major infestation of ants. The ants were in the walls, and we were unable to get rid of them. We tried multiple ways to get rid of them. We tried for several weeks but they kept reappearing. The technician was able to put a very small hole into the wall and spray. We haven't seen one ant since!! The wall is patched, and we have no ants!! Very good customer service!! I would highly recommend this company!! ~ Jeff M

We've recently used Eagle Shield Pest Control to help us take care of our home. Andrew came out to our home to spray inside and out, the next day we noticed a difference with the bugs and roaches. He took his time to explain to us what he was doing and went an extra step to make sure it was all done right. We haven't had a problem since. I had a great experience with eagle shied pest control. We had a really bad roach problem. We had terminix pest control for almost two years and they couldn't take care of the problem.
